Regarding aluminum veneer curtain wall

High-quality high-strength aluminum alloy sheets are used, with common thicknesses of 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0MM, model 3003, and status H24.

Its structure is mainly composed of panels, stiffeners, and corner braces. The corner braces can be directly bent and stamped from the panels, or riveted onto the small edges of the panels to form. The stiffeners are connected to the electric welding screws behind the panel surface (the screws are directly welded to the back of the panel surface), making it a solid whole, greatly enhancing the strength and rigidity of the aluminum veneer curtain wall, ensuring flatness and wind and earthquake resistance during long-term use. If sound insulation and thermal insulation are required, efficient sound insulation and thermal insulation materials can be installed on the inside of the aluminum panel.

Regarding construction

Aluminum veneer is divided into two types based on its specification: aluminum veneer with a thickness of less than 1.2mm is called aluminum buckle plate (also known as aluminum square plate), while aluminum veneer with a thickness of more than 1.5mm is called aluminum veneer (also known as aluminum curtain wall).

Regarding surface treatment

The surface of aluminum panel curtain walls typically undergoes pretreatment processes such as chromating, followed by fluorocarbon spray coating. The fluorocarbon coating consists of a topcoat and a varnish made of polyvinylidene fluoride resin (KANAR500). It is generally applied in two, three, or four coats.

The fluorocarbon coating boasts excellent corrosion resistance and weatherability, capable of resisting acid rain, salt spray, and various air pollutants. It exhibits excellent resistance to both heat and cold, can withstand intense ultraviolet radiation, and maintains its color and texture for a long time, ensuring a long service life.

Regarding the characteristics of aluminum veneer curtain wall

1) Aluminum panel curtain walls exhibit good rigidity, are lightweight, and possess high strength. Aluminum veneer curtain wall panels exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, with fluorocarbon paint maintaining its color for up to 25 years.

4) The installation and construction of aluminum panel curtain walls are convenient and quick. Aluminum panels are molded in the factory, so there is no need for cutting on the construction site; they only require simple fixation.

5) Aluminum panel curtain walls are recyclable and environmentally friendly. Aluminum panels can be recycled 100% and have a higher recycling value.
